We founded Karma Retreats with one principle in mind - providing all round excellence for our customers, whatever the budget. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. 1) PAYING IN FULL

The TOTAL cost of the booking is paid at time of the booking​

Secure payments can be made through the website with any Debit/Credit card. 

Alternatively, you can select the MANUAL PAYMENT option at checkout, and elect to undertake a Direct Bank Transfer. Our payment information will be detailed upon selection of this option. Please note, if we do not receive full payment within 3 working days your booking will be released.

2)   FLEXIBLE PAYMENT 

With a flexible payment plan you are able to split the cost of your booking into multiple payments. Please contact us about this and we will send you your payment plan options. 

The first instalment is to be paid at time of booking in order to secure your reservation, unless otherwise agreed.

The full balance must be paid, at the latest, six weeks prior to the retreat arrival date. 

You can use the MANUAL PAYMENT option for this type of arrangement or we can arrange a PayLink. Depending on the number of instalments the latter option may be subject to additional transaction charges.

We will be at liberty to send you a kindly reminder of any outstanding balance periodically.

3)   CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case the booking is cancelled  outside 60 working days  prior to the start date of the retreat: Full refund.

  • In case the booking is cancelled within 60 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the start date of the retreat: 50% of the total amount of the retreat will be refunded

  • In case the booking is cancelled within 30 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the start date of the retreat: 100% of the total amount of the retreat will be charged.

  • In case of no-show or departure earlier than the scheduled, 100% of the total cost of the booking shall be charged.

  • In any period post booking, any refunds issued will be subject to basic transaction charges. E.g. In the case of a full refund, this will be made less the original booking transaction fee which is otherwise absorbed by Karma Retreats.

®   The reservations cannot be cancelled or modified without penalty. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking, if it is proven that the customer used an invalid credit card, a card the use of which is not authorised, or a card that was used fraudulently, or if it is proven that the booking contains or is the result of an error or omission. In addition, the Company reserves its right to cancel or amend a booking if such booking does not conform with the related terms and agreements. The Customer must seek out and become aware of the exact cancellation terms. In the event Karma Retreats needs to cancel an event, customers will be reimbursed any monies paid to Karma Retreats for the retreat/event itself only. For reimbursement of any money you may have paid to third parties for other services such as e.g. transportation, you will need to refer to their own cancellation & refund policies.
